When will I be billed?
Cash or EC/credit card payment
By invoice for project work
Help with government?
We speak German, English and Spanish, so we also help with building permits.
Approval of installations?
We are certified to inspect and approve new installations.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes, weekdays from 6 p.m. and weekend we offer an emergency service. Please note that we charge this directly in cash or via card payment.
Emergency service charge?
Our emergency service surcharge is 50% of the normal hourly rate and the cost of arrival. There is no surcharge on materials and spare parts.
